My IA with SMI made me realised and think through a lot. Everyday, I observe, I learn. Human relationships and technical knowledge. Doing well for the tasks assigned isn't enough. Communication is another factor which sometimes is more important than the amount of knowledge you have. In this practical world, only the fittest survive. How to become the fitter ones? The only thing is to work hard, be humble and be eager to learn. The world is so big and we can never have enough to explore.
