Once my tap opens, it can't close that easily...

I am now left with no other options. I know I am rude while trying to make my point clear. Obviously, my opinion was not heard n I decided to shut up. No use explaining since they don't get it. But I know they don't feel good too. Somehow, I am guilty. But I don't want to give in. I thought they ought to respect my decision.
